It’s better than expected: it’s USB-C, not micro-USB. Also, it has a battery to save setting when power is off. I have Philips wake up like, one of the original models. This one is way smaller. It consider it advantage as the lamp takes less space. Also, all the buttons are physical, which is also good as sensor of the original lamp become too sensitive. I start reacting when my fingers are close, not when I touch it. Therefore, physical buttons are an advantage. Finally, it has several ringtones and ability to have a silent alarm clock with only light. It’s very convenient when I want to wake up on my own. Finally, it arrived to Basel very fast in two weeks. The package was damaged, but not the light. I do recommend the lamp. It’s a fantastic value, way better than Philips!

Great looking alarm clock. Time and alarm can be set easily without manual. For other functions see the manual. A great option is that the time display can be dimmed (100%, 25% and Off).

The whole product came. The alarm clock has several functions: the ability to set two alarms, choose a backlight, connect to the radio. Half an hour before waking up, the alarm starts to shine from dark red to bright yellow. Thereby the alarm clock simulates the dawn.

A revelation! The light has an additional power supply with a CR2032 battery that supports the settings. I tested the alarm and it's incredibly bright. It can happen brightly in winter. It's dark these days, so it's hard to get up, but it's the best.

I wasn't quite sure I bought this watch, but using it I quite liked it. It took Me a few days to get used to waking up with light, I suppose I was used to the noise of the alarms. The lights and sounds for the night are what I like the most, because they are very useful to relax and fall asleep. What could be improved is the shipment, since the box was hit in the transfer because it did not have enough protection. However, and despite that, the alarm clock works without problems. I recommend the product.

This lamp replaced our very old Philips. So far so good. Nothing special to mention. A nice option would be to keep the light on when pressing snooze but it's no big deal to turn the lamp on with snoozing. I`m very curious about the life cycle but i hope i can tell more about that in 10 years or so :).
